The rental process starts with going to the "our cars" tab, you then choose your car, choose your booking dates, pick up time and drop off time, you’ll fill out the form, upload a picture of your driver license and upload a picture of you holding up your driver license and you continue to finish with the checkout process. Then when you place the order an email will be sent out with information of the pick up and drop off location and process. The day of pick up you will check in on the website in the rental portal tab with your order number and your day of check out you will check out in the rental portal tab with the order number. And if the client does not violate the rental agreement the deposit will be refunded back.

Client who books the vehicle must be 25 years old or older and shall be the only one who drives the vehicle during the trip and until the vehicle is returned to A2 car rental, client takes full responsibility of vehicle during that time.

If client books the vehicle for one day and chooses check in time to be 7:00 a.m. then the next day at 7:00 a.m. that is check out time and considered one full day of rental. If vehicle is returned at 7:05 a.m. on the day of check out instead of 7:00 a.m. the vehicle is considered late and a $10.00 late fee will be charged. If the vehicle is not returned by 7:30 a.m. you will be charged a full daily rate of that vehicle and still must return the vehicle within that hour. If client does not return the vehicle within that hour that will be considered a no return and client loses all of the down deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS. To avoid any late return policies client must extend rental time in the "rental portal" tab no later then one hour before clients original check out time.

If client does not return the vehicle at check out time, and or if client does not return the vehicle during the late time windows the vehicle will be reported stolen and client will lose all down deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Clients may take tolls during their rental trip with A2 Car Rental. It will be a one time $10.00 service fee during the trip if client chooses to take tolls with the vehicle, client will also be charged the full toll amounts as well as the processing fees. Tolls will be charged daily to the payment method that was used to book the trip. If payment is declined, the amount due will be deducted from the down deposit but client must immediately give another payment method because the down deposit is not intended for tolls. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If vehicle is brought back dirty, example crumbs, slime, liquid spills, food stains etc, a $100.00 cleaning charge will be deducted from the clients down deposit. If excess liquid is spilled or any type of smoking in vehicle or if their is an odor, or vehicle is brought back extremely dirty etc. to the extent vehicle must be detailed because a standard car wash won't fix the issue client will lose all down deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If car has any damage or dents to outside body of vehicle, or to rims of tires etc, or damage to inside the vehicle, client will lose ALL down deposit. If the down deposit does not cover to fix the damages done to the vehicle by the client then the clients original form of payment will be charged the amount that was needed to fix the vehicle. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Gas will be a quarter of a tank at check in, and can be checked out at a quarter of a tank as well. That way client can add gas and pay for what they want to use with out the hassle of filling up the tank before check out.
Down deposit will be $300.00
We urge clients to look at the vehicle at check out time for all of their belongings, A2 Car Rental does not hold any belongings. All belongings will be trashed at cleaning of the vehicle and A2 Car Rental is not held responsible for any belongings left behind.
A2 Car Rental only allows clients to drive the vehicle in the state of Florida. Outside the state of Florida is not allowed. If client drives car outside of Florida, clients full deposit will be lost and client must immediately return the vehicle.

If client cancels after 2 hours of booking the trip, it will be a full day amount of the vehicle charged from the down deposit. Example if the vehicle is $50 per day then a $50 cancellation fee will apply if you cancel 2 hours after booking

Client must have their own personal car insurance. If an unforeseen accident occurs while in a rental from A2 Car Rental, A2 Car Rental, its affiliates and associates are not in any way shape or form held responsible. Client assumes all responsibility.
